The Vinyasa Flow Yoga In-Depth Study & Teacher Training Program provides a solid foundation in the art of teaching yoga, leading to 250-hour and 550-hour Yoga Teacher Certification and registration with the national Yoga Alliance as a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200 and RYT 500). The certificate program will prepare you to teach with confidence and competence, drawing upon extensive learning of classical and contemporary approaches to the practice.
Along the way you will:
- Study, refine and deepen your own yoga practice.
- Gain a thorough understanding of asanas and their variations, modifications, risks and benefits.
- Learn the tools and skills needed for effectively and clearly teaching yoga to all levels of students.
- Develop an appreciation for different styles of yoga and different teaching methodologies.
- Learn to work with injuries and other specific student needs.
- Develop well-rounded knowledge of yoga philosophy and lifestyle practices.
- Learn about teaching in varied settings as well as the basics of opening a yoga studio.

- Gain extensive teaching experience through practice teaching, apprenticeships and active mentoring.
The program is open to intermediate and advanced students interested in taking their practice to the next level, those wanting to teach in the future, as well as to current teachers seeking to expand and deepen their practical knowledge of yoga. Guided by highly experienced and deeply devoted advanced teacher trainers, you will learn the many aspects of teaching yoga, from asana and pranayama to the profound practices of meditation and chanting to still the mind and enliven the heart. This program exceeds the standards set forth by the national Yoga Alliance, the nation’s leading source for accreditation of yoga teacher training schools and the leading registry of yoga teachers in the United States.
