Date & Time Commitment

The 7-week Teacher Training and In-Depth Study Program is offered twice per year at One Yoga Center in Santa Cruz, once in the summer and once in the winter See below for upcoming dates. In addition to class meetings, you will be expected to complete assigned readings, writing assignments, class observations and other non-contact activities that together involve approximately 12-16 hours per week, as follows:

• Fridays, 7:00-9:00 p.m.
• Saturdays, 12:30-5:30 p.m.
• Sundays, 12:30-5:30 p.m.
• Classes & Class Observation During the Week - Approximately 6 Hours Weekly
• Readings and Homework Assignments - Up to 10 Hours Weekly
