Giving more meaning to yoga

The core of this workshop focuses on becoming a more aware, more accepting and present on the mat and outside, both practicing and teaching yoga. It is about becoming clearer about our path in life, what yogis and spiritual philosophers call dharma. We will deepen in the self-exploration to discover our desires and inhibitions, fears and joys, obstacles and possibilities. We will work with breathing practices, guided meditations, visualization practices, reflective writing, as well as other tools rooted in ancient yoga to modern yoga and other traditions of self-transformation that help us discover our hidden truths, our passions and our potential to live life here and now.

More than suggesting that each one should take a particular path or adopt an inherited philosophy or way of life, here we will allow that inner look to emerge from the profound reality of each one of us.
