This 7-day, 45-hour intensive is the final component of AIRYOGA Munich's +300-hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training. It is both reflective and integrative - reviewing all prior learning under other members of the teaching team - as well as expansive, taking each student to a deeper, more comprehensive, and practical understanding of yoga philosophy, applied functional anatomy, teaching methods, and refined teachniques of guiding asana, pranayama, and meditation.
