International yoga teacher and author Mark Stephens offers an introductory workshop on yoga therapy. Yoga therapy addresses both how to use yoga in order to recover from injury, how to strengthen and heal your body with yoga, and how to use yoga in relation to stress and mental health.

How to Maintain Healthy Knees

International yoga teacher and author Mark Stephens invites you to explore how to maintain healthy knees through your yoga practice. We will look at how the knee join relates to the hip and the ankle / foot, and examine the impact of good alignment in popular and commonly used yoga postures. We will also look at which postures you may want to avoid in your yoga practice.
